Here is My Understanding:
Of the Imagery: She is not riding the horses and is not being led by horses she is summoning them to her will. She is yielding both the powers from her hands and from her belly to call forth her directions. The horses comply with zeal.

Of the Number 7 Representation: For me 7 represents completeness, Hebrews revered the number 7 as spiritual perfection of God’s work, on the seventh day he rested as he was finished with his creation. Scientists found out many years ago that changes in human beings biologically occur in 7 years thus completing a cycle.

My Interpretation: The woman is floating weightlessly in motion. She is following the beams of light flowing from her stomach. Not only does she have a gut feeling this path is the right one, she knows where she is going, the star on her head is her understanding. The horses follow her and she is in command, her hands are telling them what to do.
